We opened in 2003, focusing on a "green" architectural foundation that calls for extensive use of recycled and recyclable materials. Our facilities’ operations are founded in the extensive knowledge and experience of Benchmark Hospitality International, the leader in the U.S. off-premises meeting market. The IACC has certified our Shinagawa facility as surpassing universal standards.

Conference rooms feature comfortable, ergonomic conference chairs and large-screen state-of-the-art projectors. Lighting and acoustics are fine-tuned, while customized conference tables are large enough to hold any number of documents—and on the walls are versatile pinup tack-boards.
